Debt collection
We have arranged for a solicitor to write to defaulting customers on solicitor's letterhead to pay up or else. The response is much
better than writing yourself or going through a collection agency
and the fees are very reasonable.
It is common practice to send a letter of demand as it can lead
to a quick and cost effective outcome. The lawyers do not charge any
commission on amounts recovered and 100% of the payment is forwarded
to you. The solicitor's flat fee is negotiable with no commission charged on
the debt.
